This is the ultimate comfort food for me since I went vegan. If a mother's hug has a flavour, it would be this soup. So warm, fragrant and yum! The portion is pretty big, so it is perfect for when you are sick. Load the body up with some energy so your body can put up a fight with whatever is making you sick.
