Cinnamon Roll

🇫🇷 123V Bakery is the new all vegan 🌱 bakery with some patisserie and viennoiserie. At lunch they have an all vegan 🥗salad bar and focaccia 🥪sandwiches. At night it transforms to Studio Gauthier, all vegan fine dining all by the Michelin ⭐️starred chef, Alexis Gauthier. I couldn’t resist this cinnamon roll as they are a real favorite of mine and it did not disappoint. It was perfectly balanced with cinnamon and sugar in my opinion and probably the best vegan one I’ve had. It was £3.50 and I’d happily go back for another. @koelnerfrau shared they had the best almond croissant 🥐that she’d ever had but they weren’t selling that when I went, boo. I think the bakery is only open Monday to Friday now which is a shame.
