The food was ok but I really appreciated that the waiter went above and beyond
to ensure my food was vegan. Since the tortilla chips are fried in the same oil as their meat, he gave us corn tortillas with the salsa and guac that we ordered. The tacos requires minimal customization- just removed the cheese. And the black beans and rice are not cooked in lard or animal broth. This is a decent place if you’re with non-vegans and want options for everyone. I wouldn’t recommend it for kids. They play hip hop with explicit lyrics. You can’t really hear it in the restaurant but it’s loud and clear in the restroom.
