Everytime I order the same sandwich from this restaurant. But today I decided to
try something different so I could come here and contribute. It wasn't bad, but I would rather have ordered the same one again. This is a bean and textured soy protein burguer, with their signature green (vegan) mayo, cashew vegan cheese and confit cherry tomatoes. On the menu it say there should be basil, but mine hadn't. I guess the burguer was good, a bit dry sure, but I couldn't stop comparing it to their mushroom burguer that I love. The cheese is more like a very subtle cheese flavored cream, the confit cherry tomatoes lacked seasoning but the green mayo was excellent as always. Since I finally reviewed this one, I can safely say I won't be ordering it again. #curitibacapitalvegana #curitiba
