Veggie Enchiladas

I love the veggie enchiladas at Chuy’s! I also love that the rice & beans

are vegan!!! I LOVE refried beans! Great value and a nice spot to dine with non vegans. Just make sure to ask for no cheese!

The dish is great and very affordable. Chips and salsa are good and plentiful as

well. The service is always great and the staff always understands how to make the dish vegan.
