Chuka Wakame Shark Fin Soup

This place continues to blow me away ♥️ I think this was the pick of the bunch this time. It was a typically stormy evening outside, and that ratcheted up the enjoyment factor of a steaming hot bowl of #soup ☺️ These guys didn't just find a way to do a vegan #sharksfinsoup, they even topped it up with #chukawakame and the beautiful texture of #enoki #mushroom 😋 Mind you, the broth with the tender, crumbly bits of fake shark was itself already a solid five stars 😉
