Chocolate Strawberry Chia Cake

Enjoyed this cake so much! The cake itself was so moist and the chocolate ganache was really rich too. The middle layer is made of strawberry jam with chia seeds which added a nice, contrasting flavor. Will definitely get this again 🤪
