Chocolate Sorbet

I wanted to eat this so badly I remembered to take pic after eating half of it.they have amazing vegan ice creams but don’t have any vegan savoury which is disappointing.Auroville trip ended with this.but it has bad ending with severe storm.car lost few parts and underbelly scraped very badly due to few bad road patches filled with water.if I went in motorcycle it would have been even worse.so lesson learned from this is Pondicherry is not the place to visit for new year eve.

Gelato Factory from Auroville offers many vegan options but sadly they also seem to sell dairy. Most of their sorbets are vegan and this chocolate sorbet is my favourite. Super tasty with right sweetness. Happy to see them at vegan and eco fests in Chennai!
