this jackfruit taco is BOMB!! The jackfruit has wonderful texture, the best I've ever had, unlike the softer, mushier jackfruit I've had elsewhere. It tastes like it's been simmered in an adobo style sauce with soy sauce and vinegar. There are crunchy nori bits, and the flavor of the mint verde and cabbage pairs so well. I added the side of habanero salsa (spicy!) for some kick, and this taco was perfect. At $4.50 per taco, I do think it's pricey. Wish they were 2 for $7. Other than that, I highly recommend!
