Chinese Soup

The soup this time was lotus soup, and it was rich and tasty especially due to the addition of dried tangerine peel (陳皮)!

This soup came with the lunch set, and thus I wasn't expecting much. So, I was pleasantly surprised at this rich, sweet broth with plenty of soup contents! It was smooth and refreshing.
