This is a delicious tofu side that I tried with the Vegetable briyani (or rather fried rice? that I reviewed before). Large sized tofu cubes and veggies mixed and cooked in delicious tomato and chilli based sauce. Only disappointing thing is that they're using the wrong tofu for these dishes. They use unsalted soft tofu (which is supposed to or works best in soup) instead of salted tofu that works best for these dishes and if they'd use fried tofu cubes, it might be even more flavourful. The sauce / masala doesn't seem to mix well in the tofu.
This café especially is at the ghats of Varanasi, rooftop restaurant - has a great view of the ganges from out there. Wonderful environment to spend time at as well. This place has been my breakfast place for almost all the days out there in Varanasi. Lovely place, plenty of vegan food in the menu. Highly recommended
