This consisted of corn tortillas rolled around luscious 🌱-based melted cheese, savory, tender melt-in-your-mouth jackfruit,
and caramelized onions, and topped with lively salsa verde, sunflower crema, and almond queso fresco. It was fantastic. It’s a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and a portion of the sales will benefit The Humane League. (Gluten-free)
