#ShojinRyori pilgrim set in a peaceful inn formerly #Buddhist temple, enjoyed during a business lunch
with Japanese rangers. Light vegan lunch, nothing too salty/sweet: soup, rice with sesame, pickles, #yuba (one of my favourite foods) with horseradish, pumpkin, bamboo, seaweeds, #tempura softly fried vegetables, fruit, popular local #WarabiMochi dessert… Afterwards, we strolled in the garden then headed for mountains in #YoshinoKumanoNationalPark 🙂
