Pretty ok. The issue is that I’ve been spoiled by the restaurant ‘Meet’, which trumps
this Benedict. However, objectively this is great for us vegans that adore Benedicts. The only thing I didn’t like about this is that the base is made of potato fritters which are hard, absorb no sauce (and as a result remain fairly bland in flavour) and they are double stacked which gets totally bland on the bottom. The ‘egg’ is delicious; it’s a tofu scramble pressed into balls and the hollandaise is delightful. You choose your topping from 3 choices; I chose avocado, but you can also choose bacun or lox. There’s a ton of good salad on the side.
