I tried these yummy chickpea filo triangles in July, they were fresh tasty and satisfying! Mmmm!
The Real Greek provides and extensive vegan friendly menu. This particular dish is a fantastic little starter, with light crispy filo pastry and a aromatic chickpea filling. A little chilli to give it a slight kick and sundried tomato for that little extra sweetness.
