Chicken Challenger

This is a great burger with really tasty plant-based chicken strips. The 'chicken' is well seasoned and has a nice peppery taste. This was my first ever strip burger and I was concerned about the 'dead space' between the two strips (see last photo), but it was fine as there was enough vegan mayo and lettuce to fill the gap...
