Truffle Mushroom Lentil Loaf

A blend of mushroom and lentil casserole topped with a white truffle mushroom sauce. Served with sautéed green beans and roasted potatoes. This is good but I needed to add salt.

Delicious! Tasty loaf, almost felt like I was cheating!

Soo many people have told me I gotta go to Chicago Diner. This was my first time and honestly it was all mediocre. They use tons of seitan which makes my stomach sick. So I went with the lentil Loaf. Solid lentil loaf but honestly I prefer my recipe. Gravy was really good!
