I enjoyed this dish it was bursting with flavour. The bread was full of butter yet it wasn’t soggy or greasy. The mayo was perfect. The mock duck was amazing - although I think it tasted more like char siew pork. At first bite you may feel confused - even the “fat” is realistic. It’s only after a few chews and when you’ve swallowed that you realised it was too light to have been real meat. Side salad was meh. The specials change so it’s not guaranteed this dish would be available .
