I visited Palm Springs back in August, and in search of cool vegan eateries I found Chef Tanya’s Kitchen. This sandwich is a compilation of seitan (which is made in house!), avocado, cilantro, jalapeños, cabbage, tomato, onion, and “chupacabra sauce”, all stuffed in a toasted tortilla roll. I thought it was flavorful without being too heavy, which made it the perfect lunch for me. Highly recommend! #veganisnotscary 6/90
