Yum! So good, great curry flavor and so filling! Great for this rain filled day!

This is very delicious! Unfortunately, it’s the only vegan main dish on the menu, but I’d come back for this dish anytime!

I enjoyed this for a convenient meal. I think it could have used a lot more flavor however, everything in the bowl was cooked well and had a great texture all around.
