This is a hawker stall selling Hong Kong Style rice rolls with various types of fillings. Apparently, the owner mills the rice on her own and steams the rice rolls on the spot!
I chose 2 types of plant based fillings- chives (2nd pic) and mushroom (3rd pic). The chives Chee Cheong fun came with additional chai po (preserved radish). They tasted great with the HK light soya sauce.
