I don't like giving low ratings to vegan food from an amazing vegan restaurant, but I was disappointed by this. I was super excited and it looked great, but it didn't have a lot of flavor throughout. Needed more seasonings or something. Also the grey color turned off my Omni family. I liked the consistency though.
