This consisted of a house-made tofu 🥚 patty made with tofu, soy milk, organic seasoning, and a pinch of 🌱-based cheese in the center so it oozes like a 🐔🥚, smoky, peppery house-made 🐷-free 🥓, melty 🐄🥛-free cheddar cheese, ranch, and pickled onions on a sourdough bun. It was such a crave-worthy and hearty way to start the day. Served with a crispy hash brown on the side.
