Char-Siu Tofu Curry Pasta

This was absolutely incredible 🤤 The vegan #charsiew was absolutely outstanding, the #tofu somehow cooked to a decent level of chewiness and then coated with something both crispy and sweet 😋 The #pasta was also solid, but honestly they got the char siew so right that they could have given me anything else and I would have been down with it 😄
