Char-grilled Eggplant with phish sauce, scallion, and crispy shallots, peanuts. This was my first time trying this dish and I liked it! Smoky and juicy We enjoyed everything we tried here but our our favourite dishes were the Dan Dan Pappardelle and Truffle Udon Carbonara! #veganisnotscary #veganin2022
