TAO-HU SAUCE MAKAM aka Tofu Tamarind with fried shallots, cashew nuts, dried chillies and vegetables,
in a palm sugar and tamarind sauce.
This dish was served with sticky rice, and was so delicious. It was really filling but felt quite nutritious too.
Very tasty, indeed. Particularly enjoyed the ‘Flower Market’ cocktails that washed it down too!
