This was really quite terrible. The dish was mostly barley. The barley was in my
opinion quite OK, chewy and not mushy. However, the dish had little mushrooms and it tasted entirely one-dimensional: just soya sauce!!! I tried to chew out as much of the coriander as I could to get some additional flavours out but this was just ...sad. Also, I thought it was a stew? But it turned out like a stir fried barley thijg. And as the cheapest main course in their Vegetarian menu at $22++, it was extremely not worth it. I'm shocked that a supposed high end restaurant would serve something like this.
