SO GOOD omg like the cauliflower was grilled until so soft and tender, but the edges were slightly charred and crispy! came with this amazing bbq sauce, that was a little spicy but an amazing smokey kick. the cous cous was a little underwhelming and tasteless on its own but did add a nice touch! i particularly loved the addition of raisins, gave an added sweet flavour. and the sunflower and pumpkin seeds added a very essential crunch factor to the entire thing!! really good hehe #veganisnotscary
