Cauliflower steak with blistered tomatoes and pomme frites

This is a French-Inspired dish for restaurant week. The fries are on their regular menu, but I’m not sure about the cauliflower. It was very good! Served with house-made “V-1” sauce. There were too many fries, but they were delicious so I’m not complaining. #littlebuckets
