Cauliflower Steak

Honestly when compared to other meat dishes that my family ordered, mine looked the most impressive. A simple dish with seasoned couscous. 28++sgd for this. Was expecting a bit more from a classy restaurant but i guess we are all paying for the ambience, service, and view. Food-wise really was just ok. Will i be back? Yes. Great place to chill and splurge a little once in awhile afterall.

only comes in the set meal! asked the staff to confirm that it’s vegan :D SO GOOD omg like the cauliflower was grilled until so soft and tender, but the edges were slightly charred and crispy! came with this amazing bbq sauce, that was a little spicy but an amazing smokey kick. the cous cous was a little underwhelming and tasteless on its own but did add a nice touch! i particularly loved the addition of raisins, gave an added sweet flavour. and the sunflower and pumpkin seeds added a very essential crunch factor to the entire thing!! really good hehe #veganisnotscary
