Cauliflower Paella

this… was disappointing. i’m so sorry paella, you did not deserve to be disrespected this way. if somebody called it cauliflower rice with veggies and bad spice combinations, then this is the one. i was just expecting more, so not worth it. every flavour went against each other but was also extremely bland. the truffle mac and cheese shells and kale salad are the sides i’m sticking to at whole foods. #veganisnotscary
