#locallysourced burger that appeals to the masses in appearance and taste. My husband eats meat
and was not interested in trying the burger because he doesn't care for eggplant. I like to try new things when I have the opportunity. #hearthealthy eggplant is not only nutritious, in the burger it is tasty too. The red color has the appearance of red meat which made it more appealing for my husband. He ended up eating half of what I had ordered (thank goodness I ordered thier special too.) By the end of our meal my husband was excited to try to use eggplant to make his own version of this vegan burger. I prefer it to the possible burger or beyond burger any day.
