I think which gave it a lovely flavour. The only issue I had was that the brown rice base was quite undercooked.

The Tempe and tofu taste a bit off, but the rest of the salad was
a delight. Really delicious dressing and the fact they have fresh raw jicama in the bowl, is everything!
