Carrot Cake

I love carrot cake, and this one lived up to my expectation. Icing wasn't too sweet either, very nice all round, nice texture of sponge and a decent size slice. A bit pricey but all cafe cake is. #veganin2020

I didn't like the consistence of the cream but the taste was incredible and it was very filling.
