Carrot Cake

This carrot cake was as delicious as it was beautiful! Perfect for a special occasion.

a large portion and nutritious treat : glazing made from cashew nuts , cake made of almond flour . I enjoy it low in sweetness , but hope it had more carrot or spice flavor . I still recommend , it was very enjoyable:)
