Deliciously moist! Wonderful ginger cream frosting. Pineapple also added an unexpected twist.

These were smaller, individual carrot cakes as opposed to the slices but equally as good! The cake is so moist! They also have pineapple in which might put some people off but I personally loved. Great cream cheese frosting!
