Carbonara pasta and cookie Dough Cheesecake

This carbonara is insane! I’ve even taken non vegan friends for it and they all say the bacon tastes “real”. They make all of their pasta in house!(gf options available!) The cheesecake is so delicious, not too sweet and rich!
