Caramelised onion hummus and roasted aubergine sourdough sandwich

A nice sandwich, but waaaay too expensive 😰 It tasted good and the aubergine is especially nice but almost £7 for a sandwich is ridiculous. I wish Hula prices were more accessible! #newarc
