Caramelised biscuit cheesecake

Omg imagine my delight when a pub menu has a vegan cheesecake! I was stuffed from the starters and main but I found room 🤤 this was soooo good! Very sweet but so worth it! It came with pineapple, mango and passion fruit salsa and a lemon sorbet which gave it a nice fresh edge. So, so, so good! 😋 😋
