Vegan Epicurian but I switched the mushrooms for baked beans cos this vegan gal doesn’t

do mushies! I couldn’t get through all of it but managed around 2/3 cos this was a FEAST. I finished all the veggies and greens tho cos, health and all that Jazz 🤣

Wow this is officially my new favourite vegan brekky in Cairns! Serving was MASSIVE and

everything tasted so fresh. Nice crispy toast as well
