Camote Taco

Holy purple potato taco! Well actually, it’s an okinawan yam! I’ll admit that I was more into the aesthetics of this taco than the taste. The yam was a little too sweet for me and I didn’t think it vibed with the farro or pumpkin seeds. I appreciate the creativity though and would be open to trying their yam burrito!
