Sweet Potato Chocolate Mousse

I was very curious to try this sweet potato chocolate mousse and did not get disappointed. It was not too sweet and the texture was quite creamy. My husband was not so fond of it but I really liked it. don't expect it to taste like a chocolate mousse (cause it isn't) but it's a nice vegan dessert with a great chocolate taste.
