March 2025 update I first had this sandwich in 2023 when they rolled out their Saturday breakfast and brunch menu. Note, this sandwich is only available on Saturday. The sandwich has remained basically the same, but they made the sandwich a lot bigger. This is also probably my favorite sandwich on their menu (both breakfast and normal). It has salty vegan egg , lettuce, diced tomato, sugared #seitan bacon, and avocado. Man, is it good. This was a great sandwich. It's been over a year since I've been to Vida's, and I had an overall great experience Saturday morning, and I really enjoyed my meal. This sandwich is a part of their new #breakfast menu available Saturday's from 9am to 12pm. This delicious toasted sourdough bread is topped with avocado, #justegg, crushed tomatoes, and housemade seitan bacon. It's a smaller sandwich, but it has a lot of stuff on it, so it's very filling and satisfying. It also had great flavors, and the flavor of the seitan bacon has really improved since I had it a few years ago. This was around $10 so a good value. #riciclabile #abillionlove #breakfast #ditchdairy
