Cake batter Oat cream

Yum! This cake batter ice cream was rich and creamy. I added puppy chow for a bit more flavor and some crunch.

This place carries vegan options with lots of vegan toppings. I got vcookie dough, peanut butter drizzle, and what they call peanut butter cups but it’s really bars which I think they actually make in house but not sure. Usually I just get 2 toppings, 3 seemed too sweet 😜 but it’s really yummy and who can resist vegan cake batter freaking oat cream? #icecream #oatcream
