Sorta di cheesecake vegana, la base è fatta con datteri, fichi e noci, mentre la
crema con anacardi e cioccolato. Buona e piacevole anche la consistenza, però è difficile mangiarne una fetta intera, è pesante.

This cake was heaven. If are having a trip to Sofia I would totally recommend
it. Sure they are not fully vegan, but still they have quite a few alternatives. They have a vegan cappuccino, latte macchiato, 10 or 12 smoothies all vegan, 2 cakes and a sandwich. The cakes were very nice and delicious
