El desayuno perfecto existe y es este plato de chilaquiles con tofu revuelto y chorizo

Lovely green chilaquiles with soy chorizo. They took forever to get to me at the
restaurant, but they were worth it. I just really wish they would add more product because the quantities are very small and the price is quite high, but that goes for all their food.
