Hummus

Delicious homemade hummus! In this one you can really taste the chickpeas, but not so much the garlic and olive oil. The texture is soft and creamy. You can buy a jar of 160g or 320g and keep is in your fridge. I love it with a sourdough baguette

Cafe tartine is an excellent and quiet spot for brunch. Their bread is delicious (so fresh and soft) and match perfectly with the hummus. You have to order the bread separately from the hummus though

This was very good, the best hummus I've had in Vietnam so far! (Although I haven't tried many 😂) tasted super fresh and was a bit spicy, as it contained chili flakes.
