caesar salad

This is really good for a basic salad, I can’t remember what they did to make the crispy bits on top but they were really enjoyable

Part of a special 4-Course dinner event. Made with crispy fuzhq (tofu skin), garlic croutons and cherry tomatoes, with a vegan Caesar dressing and fresh lettuce. Beautiful presentation and utterly delicious. Chef Eugene is a superstar 🌟
