korean fried 'chicken'

I wouldn’t call this a burger as the protein wasn’t a patty, but rather several big chunks… BUT his is an exceptional sandwich. The fries that come with are also amazing. Highly, highly recommend.

This was delicious! A fully vegan burger spot that is great! I thought these were made from soy, but apparently made from mushrooms - I never would have known! My friend who eats meat loved this dish
