This Pho was delicious and flavoursome with the option to add more garnish such as
bean sprouts, herbs, chilli and lime. The tofu is perfectly cooked with a slight crunch and chewiness to it. The soup is full of nutrients with protein from the tofu, vegetables, carbs from the noodles and then a nutritious broth. It is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant and is refreshing to not eat at a chain. It also feels better to support local and independent restaurants.
